1. Digital Product Nature
Most products sold by SetuprosTech are digital software products, license keys, activation details, digital downloads, or electronically delivered product information.
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, redeemed, activated, or used immediately after delivery, refund eligibility is limited once the product has been delivered or the license information has been shared.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered to the customer.
- The wrong product was delivered due to an error by SetuprosTech.
- The product is proven to be invalid and cannot be resolved after verification.
- A duplicate order was placed by mistake and the product has not yet been delivered or activated.
- The order was cancelled before digital delivery was completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- The digital license, activation key, download link, or product details have already been delivered.
- The product has been activated, redeemed, registered, or used.
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake after delivery.
- The product is incompatible due to the customer’s device, system, region, language, or software environment.
- The customer no longer wants the product after receiving it.
- The customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting or activation support.
- The issue is caused by third-party account restrictions, Microsoft account issues, device problems, unsupported systems, or incorrect installation.
- The order was placed using incorrect customer information.
- The product was purchased from a third party and not directly from SetuprosTech.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the digital product is delivered.
Once the license key, activation details, digital product, or delivery email has been sent, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

5. Product Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders first.
If the product is still not found, contact us with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used during purchase
- Product purchased
- Screenshot or proof of payment, if requested
We will verify the order and resend the delivery details where applicable.
6. Activation or Installation Support
If you experience activation, installation, or setup issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
We may ask for:
- Screenshot of the error message
- Device or operating system details
- Product name and version
- Installation steps already attempted
- Microsoft account or activation-related details, where relevant
SetuprosTech will make reasonable efforts to assist with installation or activation guidance.
7. Replacement or Exchange
If the delivered product is confirmed to be invalid or incorrect due to an error from SetuprosTech, we may provide a replacement product, corrected license details, or another suitable solution.
A replacement may be offered instead of a refund when the issue can be resolved.
8. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within:
7 days from the order date
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
SetuprosTech is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers.
10. Returns
Since our main products are digital software products and electronically delivered licenses, physical returns are generally not applicable.
If a physical item is ever sold through our website, the return terms for that product will be clearly mentioned on the product page or communicated separately.
11. IT Services and Support Fees
Fees paid for IT support, consultation, setup, installation, remote assistance, or service work may be non-refundable once the service has started or has been completed.
